Volunteering

We receive regular enquiries from our supporters about participating in our work and volunteering opportunities with GCF.   Effective volunteer involvement necessitates a certain size of infrastructure for project organisation, suitable training, supervision and management.  Unfortunately all of these tasks require resources, both in terms of operational capacity and funding, which we currently cannot support due to our small size.  This is an area that we hope to develop as GCF evolves and grows and we will be updating this space with any future news in this regard.

In the meantime, a very big thanks to all of you who are interested to donate your time to our cause!  We are grateful for the show of support - please continue following our progress and spreading the word about the plight of giraffe!
